Hello! I got my HP Laserjet p3015 repaired Friday with a new fuser thing (sorry can’t remember the right word!) and new toner cartridge. All was well.
Had a little paper jam this AM, one paper I had to take out of the back, and the other I had to remove the toner cartridge and flip up the little silver plate to remove. Since then when beginning to print it is making a load groaning sound.
I’m wondering if I maybe removed one of the papers in wrong direction?
I would really really appreciate any help because my bosses just spent like $400 fixing this for me lol.
