Product: HP Laser Jet color MFP283fdw

I tried printing a small envelope and it never came out., I was able to print a couple of items since but now I can't print anything. It keeps telling me to check paper tray 2.

Remove the paper tray and drop the internal tray down (look for green button/lever on left side of tray cavity.
