HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

DHL was supposed to deliver a replacement printer from HP today.   Instead they tried to scam me out of my ID and maybe money saying my printer was stuck at the US \ Canada boarder (Shipment is on hold: CINCINNATI HUB, OH - USA).  I contacted the CBSA and they advised there were no issues they were aware of.  They looked at the DHL email and said it was missing information that CBSA would want.  CBSA provided example documents which I sent to DHL.  DHL is not replying and in my HP account it says my Printer has been exchanged and I don't see any option to get further support.  Did DHL just steal my printer?  Frustrating is an understatement, DHL has caused strange problems before, I would not choose to use them if I had a choice.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Hi Sandy, I did get  a reply today from HP support; however, they were asking about a lost notebook, not my printer.  I think they might be replying to the wrong person.  My issue is about a broken printer that DHL has now returned to HP as I refused to go along with their request for my passport.  As I said before, I confirmed with Canadian boarder services, DHL never even tried to deliver it.  How can I get a replacement printer shipped to me?  Not by DHL obviously.  I never had an issue with UPS, FedEx, or just normal postal service.
