Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I was printing with a page of Avery address labels in my paper tray.  The tray was full of plain paper, the address labels page was on top.  I put the address labels page in the right way.  It started through than jammed.  I removed the tray and saw the jam and after trying a few times was able to remove part of the page, but there is still a part of the labels page jamming the rollers.  I don't see a way to reach the jam from the back of the printer.  I'ts giving me the message now to close the paper tray and the paper tray is closed.  I have a wireless connection with the printer
