Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-In-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Error message reads: The print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select "OK".
There is no paper jam. Powered off printer and then plugged into wall outlet. Error message is still present. Attempted to follow on-line videos to find any possible paper jams and one step says that the carriage should be pushed to the right and then back to the left, but it won't move either way and appears to be stuck to the far right in the printer.
Is there any way to move the print carriage so I can see if there is anything to the right or under the print carriage?
