Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a original HP Ink catrige 957XL black but it doesn’t work. Printer error: old version of ink Catrige and cannot use on this printer. The online shop were I bought don’t take it back, I have directly to contact HP for changing. Can someone from HP contact me to solve  this problem? Thanks

2018/11. was already expiered when I received it but I didn’t see it. I was checking because it was not working. In the past I had no problem with this model.

Return it, selling expired products to customers is against customer rights.
