Inordinate delay in getting hp spares

I have given my printer for servicing in a HP authorised partner store, which had feeding issue.

Even after 15 days the printer is not serviced stating that spares not available at hp store.

It is quite frustrating to hear this, as it is a new model printer and surprised to note that hp is not equipped with adequate spares, even for its new model devices.

I regret having chosen a wrong brand.
