Hello. Hope someone can help me please. Whenever I print more than 1 page I get a paper jam. I decided to remove the duplex cover. It just so happens that another strip also came lose and now I can't get the two pieces back in the correct place.

I see that you are not able to re-install the internal parts of the printer.

 

To resolve a paper jam issue, follow the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error

 

If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
