Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

It looks like a piece of plastic is stuck behind the paper rollers, the furthest back, against the back wall0BC44B72-73F1-4420-87CF-4F33B76A0F6B.jpeg; appears to have come off the printer itself. Reads as a paper jam. We're unable to get it out.
