HP ENVY 5530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer constantly jams when I try to print photographs using 6x4 paper. A4 works fine

Thanks Krazy Toad. I've checked the paper specs for the Envy 5530 and it seems to support 4x6 as paper or card so I still don't understand why it jams or doesn't print.

Thanks

Please follow the instructions in Step 3 in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03730678 to clean the Paper Rollers

Also ensure you are selecting the correct print settings for Paper Size and Type from the App / Software before printing

I've cleaned the rollers as suggested and the jammimg has stopped but it still won't print a photograph onto 4x6 photographic paper. It either comes out blank or at best about the bottom eighth of the picture on the top 35mm of the paper. The back of the paper has straight ink streaks. This is crazy at it prints on to plain A4 paper fine. I can't use this printer to print photos.

Do you experience the same issue if you try making a Photocopy using Photo papers?
