I’m getting an intermittent Jam Code 13.10.00 which is Duplex Turn Over, Late Jam. I am wondering what solutions have been successful or if there is a definitive solution.

that exact error does not appear in the troubleshooting manual. Can you share some details about where the paper is physically jamming please.

It occurs right around the entrance to the duplex section, right around where it hits the duplex sensor actuator. When I pull out tray 1 and push the button to drop down the duplex section, I can see where the leading edge is located. The rest of the paper runs up the back side of the printer. It occurs after the front side of the paper is printed on and is being fed through the duplex section for printing in the rear side of the paper.
