How do I solve Jam error 13.D2.D1 on Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640 if there is no jam?

Does printer boot up to error code?  If so, check right door and duplex path for paper.  If error displays when printing, check tray roller installation.  Print from manual fold down tray to help troubleshoot.
