Product: HP M255dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I have a M255dw only about 6 weeks old. It tried to pull in 2 sheets at one time, I had to do a cleaning several times, it finally spit out both sheets. Now the printer leaves a mark "indentation" right in the middle of all sheets. Is this something I can fix or do I need HP to fix?

If it is under warranty I would engage HP. It really depends on what is causing the defect, if there is something still stuck in the printer you might be able to get it out, but if something is broken you will need service. The most efficient use of your time is to engage HP.
