Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought some 260 gsm photo paper from WH Smith which in theory should work with my HP ENVY 5530 printer but each time the paper gets jammed and will not print, its ok with other types of paper ?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
To get the answer to this question, yes your printer can support Photo paper Up to 280 g/m² (75 lb bond) and up to 30 sheets. 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document Paper Jam Error - https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05547613 and Load Paper, Cards, and Envelopes- https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03741958
