Hi, when I am double sided printing there is continuous  paper jams. I remove the paper and reprint and another paper jam occurs.

 

One side of the sheet prints fine but it seems to be when it renters to print the second side, this is when it gets jammed. 

 

my printer is a HP Envy Photo 6234.

Follow the steps from this document and see how it goes. 

 

If the above steps do not fix the issue, then it could be hardware.
