LJP M575DN paper feeding issue while double-side printing.

Please provide some details about the problem. Do you get a jam? Where in the printer is the jam? Does single sided printing work ok?

The printer prints on side one, than return into the printer to print on side 2 and jams, the feed paper from the paper tray (2) is in position but doesn't feed, the message says paper jam and point to the tray (2)
