Have enjoyed use of this printer for many years. Problem just recently when printer starts to print paper feeds in a little bit and gets stuck. Hard to pull paper out.

At the age of your printer I would suspect that you may have a worn out pickup roller. Remove the tray and look at the grey roller in the middle of the upper front of the tray cavity. The large grey roller should be a consistent color and have small finger print like ridges on it. If it is dirty looking, clean with a water dampened lint free cloth. If it is bald, you need to replace it.
