I have an HP LaserJet m175nw .. So we had a bad jam.  My kid tried to add paper while it was trying to grab the sheet and it pulled about 10 sheets into paper path.  I got them out but at first intermittently and now every time when printing the top margin is cut off by about .25-.5 inch.  It’s like it is hesitating to start feeding the page in.  Everything looks good in bottom tray and everything works fine otherwise but every print from every device is shifted down just enough to cut off the top of the page.  Any suggestions on what to look for?

@Bartem, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that the printer does not print the whole page and has issues while feeding the paper.

Check if the papers are properly placed in the input tray.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays for HP LaserJet Pro 100 Color MFPs (M175a and M175w)
