So I have tried two ink cartridges and have looked at both tray 1 & 2’s paper rollers and everything looks fine. Whenever I go to print from tray 1 or 2 the paper gets jammed right where the metal plate is under the ink cartridge. For a while I thought the ink cartridge was inserted wrong, not prepped correctly, or something else but at this point I have no clue what’s going on. It jams at the same place every time. I’ve flexed the paper, only inserted one sheet at a time, taken out the cartridge 10000 times and nothing. Please help! It’s my office printer and no one is being much help.

You need to confirm that the drum on the cartridge is actually rotating. To do this, put a small white dot on the extreme edge of the drum unit in the cartridge and then try to print. Pull out the cartridge and see if the dot has moved.
