Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently replaced the black toner in my M180nw laser jet printer, and when I tried to print a test page, it made a "paper-tearing" sound. I opened up the back of the printer and found several large torn pieces of what looked like photo film. After a little research, I realized that it was pieces of the belt from the intermediate transfer belt. I have no idea how the belt got torn, but I'm pretty sure the entire component (belt and rollers) needs to be replaced. I'm wondering what I need to do from here. I can't find a replacement transfer belt for my model online. It's only two years old, so I don't think it's discontinued.
