Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

After getting low toner error, i replaced all 4 toners. When i closed the tray it went into an initiallizing mode where i heard clunking and stuggling. I got errors that toners are still empty, and now tray is stuck. I cant open the toner tray. Something seems to be keeping it from opening. I bout this in July of 2020, so its relatively new. I replaced the black toner once, but this is the first time for the others.

 

Really disappointed a what a cheap product this is. And now warranty is expired.

 

Does anyone know how to get the tray open so i can see if the cartridges are ok, or seated properly?

HP Recommended

If you are using a non-genuine HP toner those can cause problems with noise and not being able to open/access toners.
