Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw

The gear on the top of the scanner is jammed.  It can’t turn and the startup process can’t complete.  The gear is visibly broken, and the machine seizes up when it tries to turn.  Who can fix this?

HP Recommended

You can get cheap replacement parts on eBay and replace them yourself, it's 2-minute job.
