I have a paper jam and I open the printer up and took out the toner but can't figure out how to get to the paper.  It can't be pulled out with two hands.  Is there anything else I can open up so that I can get in there?  Help!!

I understand there is a paper jam inside the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Clearing a Paper Jam for HP LaserJet P1505 and P1505n Printers

You may use a tweezer to pull it out.

You may also refer to - The Paper Tears, Wrinkles, or is Damaged During Printing

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
