Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

so this is what happens: I turn on the printer and print a couple documents with no issues, the paper runs out and I don't immediately load more paper. Some time passes, the printer goes into power saving mode, I then load some paper to print something else but the printer tells me it's out of paper because it hasn't updated its paper status. So I have to wake it up by pressing a button, and then it works. Pressing a button is not a huge inconvenience, but I still think this is not supposed to happen; as long as the printer is on, it should be able to print when I ask it to.

Can I solve this issue in any way?

Thank you in advance,

Tommaso
