Trying to duplex print using Laserjet M476.  Paper jams.  Printer does not jam using one sided printing.  Cleaned machine, software up to date.  Tried using 20# paper instead of 24# paper, same problem.  Using Windows 10.  HP app set up properly.  Help please.

Where does the paper stop when it jams? Have you removed the paper tray and dropped the duplex tray to check for jams there? Should be a green button on the left side you will see when you remove the tray.

Paper jams when it gets pulled back into the duplex.

Have you confirmed that there is no blockage in the duple path. remove the paper drawer and there should be a button on the left side that when either pressed or pushed down drops an upper door that exposes the duplex path. Make sure it is clear.

Thank you for the response. All paper paths clear.  Paper jams when the paper returns to machine after single side printing occurs and jams attempting to duplex.  To be clear, paper comes partially out and goes back in, then jam occurs in an attempt to conclude the duplex printing.
