Product: Laserjet Pro 400 color 451nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP 451nw that came up with a tray 3 paper jam error.  It started out as a fuser error so I replaced that and now it only has a "Tray 3 Paper Jam" error but I do not have a tray 3 installed.  It will not print from any other tray, either. 

 

I found and followed advice on other posts on this board but nothing has worked.  I have replaced the DC Controller and the fuser, updated the firmware and drivers, and did a NVRAM reset.  It has to be a software issue.

 

Anyone have any other solutions that have worked?  I hate to trash it because it was a great printer and was used very little.  I haven't even gotten through my first trays of toner.  Ideas?
