Laserjet m203dw keeps jamming

HP Recommended
Laserjet Pro M203DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My LaserJet Pro M203DW Keeps jamming as it tries to feed paper up from the back of the printer. It tries to print on both sides, even though my settings are for single sided. It won't stop, and I can not find the print job to remove it from the print queue. SO i keep having to turn my printer sideways and leave the rear door open.

Quite frustrating. Thanks for any guidance and support.

@Fisherman60 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting a paper jam issue.

Please perform the hard reset and check.

Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed
