Lid opened before but not now

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing Lid issues with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-In-One Printer.

 

Check for any obstructions or damages. Check the hinge if it is intact. 

 

Open the front door, and then lift the ink cartridge access door.

 

To know how to lift the top lid and to remove paper jams, kindly refer to - Paper Jam Error

  • Top ADF section should lift from front.
  • To open the front door, place your finger along the top edge of the front vertical door and gently pull the door toward you.
  • To access the interior of the printer, lift from the front center edge of the top section near the arrow.
