Product: HP Colorlaserjet MFP M177fw

Hi, does someone has the same experience as mines with the HP Color laserjet Pro MFP M177fw. I got a paper jam recently and have to clear out the jammed papers from the rear door of the printer. After clearing everything, the printer won't recognize anymore that there is a loaded paper and keeps saying load paper. It had me stuck on this message and unable to print after then. Is there troubleshooting I can do so I can use my printer again to print and make copies. I can only use it for scans at this time.

Check the area around the back of the printer in the paper tray area for any left over bits from the jam.

Hi, I did. But still when I put the paper in to start printing, it keeps saying out of paper, even the tray has.
