Hi- I have the HP Envy Photo 6234. It prints demo pages but when I ask it to print anything else, it tells me to ‘Load Paper’. I’ve tried cleaning the rollers, aligning the paper, restarting, etc. It can obviously feed the paper as it prints a demo page- but can’t print when I ask it to wirelessly. Any ideas?! Thank you

Hi @Gem212,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you are having issues with loading paper into your HP Envy Photo 6234 printer, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow.
- Check the paper tray: Make sure that the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray. The tray should be aligned properly and the paper guides should be adjusted correctly to fit the size of the paper.
- Check the paper type: Ensure that you are using the correct type of paper for your printer. If you are using the wrong type of paper, the printer may not be able to pick it up properly.
- Clean the paper pickup rollers: Over time, the paper pickup rollers in your printer may become dirty or worn out. This can cause the printer to have difficulty picking up paper. You can clean the rollers with a soft, lint-free cloth and some water.
- Reset the printer: Try resetting the printer by turning it off, unplugging it from the power source, waiting for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in and turning it on again.
- Update the printer firmware: Make sure that your printer firmware is up to date. You can download the latest firmware from the HP website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
