Looking for a input paper tray for HP Office Jet Pro 9015

HP Recommended

I have an HP Office Jet Pro 9015. The input paper tray has a plastic prong located at the back of the tray that has broken off. Now will not print at all. Is there a replacement tray that I can purchase?

@TORILORI

Welcome to the HP support community.

This seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.

Thank you for your feedback. I inquired with HP hardware before I posted this question, and I did not have any luck. I was told that the input paper tray was not available at that time. Just wanted to see if anyone else might know how to find one to purchase.

Best source for bits and pieces that are not offered as spare parts is Ebay.
