I was initially getting a message of "photo tray is blocked", but when I opened the inside of the printer, a plastic strip was loose and I have no idea how to reattach it. I have included a photo of the strip below. Should I go to a printer repair center to fix?IMG_7587.jpeg

That is a cable for a sensor of some sort. You will need to locate the connector with no cable inserted.  Most times there is little slack in the cable so if you check areas where the cable will physically reach you should find the connector. Some times they can be well hidden and a pain. Sorry I cannot be more specific about location.

Do you know where the sensor could be? Would I have to take apart the printer to reattach?
