This did not help. I reached out to a printer tech in our area. He said it probably was one of the Toner cartridges. He asked if I was using after market cartridges which I was. He said replace them with HP cartridges, that will probably solve your problem. I did and it did. Thanks for the response, perhaps you should add that as one of the suggested solutions.
