I have a M148dw freshly installed on a new computer.
The setup goes smoothly without any issues but the printer insists on printing from tray 1 and not from the main tray.
I've entered the paper setting and there's no option of tray 2 or a main try, only tray .
The bigger issue is that even in tray one the printer does not print and keep saying that the tray is empty (and it's full of A4)
Any ideas???

Hi,
Please open the HP Printer software and then open the HP Device Toolbox, or if you use HP Smart click on Printer Settings and then Advanced Settings.
Open the System tab and enter the Paper Setup option.
Ensure the Default Paper Size is set as A4, the Default Type is set as Plain Paper, then ensure the trays are configured with Any Size or Any Type for any of the trays:
Now try printing and check for any difference, the issue likely occur due to any incorrect paper settings for the trays.
Please let me know if that may help,
Shlomi
