HP Recommended

I print checks out on this printer, HP LaserJet M15w, everything lines up on the check but the left half of it where the pay to line is. I have done everything that has been suggested, but it still isn't lining up. HELP!!! 🙂

May I know the Operating system using?

 

May I know the model number of the printer?
