LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the past month or so, my M225dw has started to really struggle with duplex printing.  It prints single-sided just fine.  When duplex printing, when it sucks the page back in to duplex it fairly consistently gets jammed and I have to open the back of the printer to remove the jam.

I've replaced the toner and that did not make a difference.

It seems like when the paper gets sucked back in it somehow becomes misaligned, and then jams.  Is there any way to validate this or clean something internally that might fix the problem?
