Microsoft Windows 11

Hello-

I'm having trouble with my M255DW LaserJet Pro printing everything askew/crooked. I've tried checking to see if there were any pieces of paper jammed which I did not see although, I can only see so much within the rollers without having to take screws out which I don't feel comfortable doing. I've tried calibrating. Anything else I can try?

make sure that the side guides in the tray are set properly. Loose guides will allow the paper to shift as it prints. Often if the print is smeared the jam will be after image formation and while the paper moves to the fuser. If the image is clear, suspect something in the paper path before the paper reaches the transfer roller, the spongy roller in the back door.
