Product: Thinkpad T440s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The paper jam so badly in the output rollers that I can't grab it from the top OR from the rear door.  The paper has complete rolled up and jammed in between.  I have checked every youtube video but I can't find one that shows me how to take the printer apart to access those rollers since there is no door.

This engine design can be a problem when you get this kind of jam. The only real thing to do is take it apart to remove the fuser and then remove the jam.
