HP Recommended

Changed the black ink and everything was smudged so that may be another issue. then the paper jammed.  I was able to get the jammed paper out of the rear door to the best of my ability and cannot see any lingering paper in any tray, output bin or back of printer.  Error message says to open back of printer as paper is jammed.

 

need help please.
