Product: HP LaserJet Pro M402dw

M402dw Printer says paper jam in cartridge area but can't find any paper. Could it be sensor

It is possible. Could be a paper wrapped around the fuser. Did you recently have a jam? Have you looked under the metal plate in the cartrige cavity?
