Hello. After several months of use, our printer seems to be out of alignment. Most noticeably, is when i print checks.  With every check that I print, all of the data on the left side is printed below the intended fields. It doesn't matter which tray I use, or which type of check I use. I can not find anything about printing an alignment page for this printer. I printed a cleaning page, which didn't help. I also powered it down by unplugging it while still on, as well as turning it off. Is it possible the transport roller system needs to be replaced? Thanks for any advice you may have!

You could try aligning the trays.

From the control panel to setup menu>Tray Management> Image adjust and follow the instructions. This allows you to center the printout on the page from each tray.

Thank you for the advice. The image adjust didn't take care of the problem, so I called a service tech. After troubleshooting for over an hour, he determined it was likely an issue with the toner cartridge. It was seated correctly, but still moved around a little. I replaced it, and that corrected the alignment.
