HP Recommended

Enterprise M553 suddenly stopped duplexing. The 1st page does not retract to print on both sides, instead extracting all the way into the output bin.  The printer then thinks that there is a jam at the right hand door. Once the "jam" is "cleared", it restarts and typically (but not always) completes the job properly. After cleaning around the duplexer with compressed air, it worked a few times before reverting to a state of always failing. Repeated cleanings have had no effect. Drivers and firmware are up to date. Suggestions?
