Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise M611x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When tray 2 becomes empty the printer does not switch to tray 3 automatically. Worked fine for years. We have changed no settings and everything looks correct. Tray 3 works fine when we select it manually.
