HP LaserJet Tank MFP 1005 Printer

I am PHD Student, and for my study work, i bought MFP 1005 HP Printer, Bill Date 29-05-2023 wide Serial No. [Personal Information Removed]I am shocked and surprised to found major problem ON 17-06-2024, just after 18 days,  from the date of my warranty period,                                                                            

                                                                                   

Moreover,  I found that fault, too much earlier as I obtained just around 250 prints within that entire one year period. if such fault accrue After high or ultra high, such probability may taken for granted, but when it happened even after negligible use, there must be a Manufacturing Defects in printer.           

I contact Service Center through my vendor, but they told me that as warranty is expired, i have to spend between around six to seven thousand rupees.                                    

I never expected such worst experience from the reputed company like HP. Now on wards, how can I trust your company?

I request concerned department to consider this issue, and provide satisfactory out-come.
