MFP 178nw, first it prints double image, then now the paper jam and cannot solve by following guide

First the printer was printing double image with whatever printed on the top half of A4 paper being duplicated onto the bottom half. And now the paper is stuck.

Following the standard solution does not help since it is stuck good in the area that cannot be released. Also note the shadow print still on the bottom roller.

Also there is no online solution available for double image anyway, and trying to contact onsite support eventually leads to posting to the community forum here
