HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw

I'm trying to print on HP Professional Business Paper, Glossy, 200 g/m2 using the HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw. However, each time I try to print, the paper gets fed into the printer a bit, and then the printer mentions that the paper is stuck. From the print settings, I select this paper type: 'Card glossy 176-220g'. Is this the correct one? Which paper type would be the correct option to choose for the HP Professional Business Paper, Glossy, 200 g/m2 paper? Why the printer always says it gets a paper jam? How can I solve this issue? Currently I'm not able to print on this paper. Thanks in advance!

Hi @LoekV,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. You've done a remarkable job performing the steps.

Let us try a reset and see if that helps.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted. -
