Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I'm trying to print on HP Professional Business Paper, Glossy, 200 g/m2 using the HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw. However, each time I try to print, the paper gets fed into the printer a bit, and then the printer mentions that the paper is stuck. From the print settings, I select this paper type: 'Card glossy 176-220g'. Is this the correct one? Which paper type would be the correct option to choose for the HP Professional Business Paper, Glossy, 200 g/m2 paper? Why the printer always says it gets a paper jam?
I tried the following things, but they didn't help yet:
- Clear All Mem. (equals NVRAM)
- Make sure there's no paper stuck anymore
- Reset printer
How can I solve this issue? Currently I'm not able to print on this paper. Thanks in advance!
