MFP 3101fdwe

After clearing a paper jam and reinstalling the cartridge on the MFP 3101fdwe, unable to close the Document Feeder back into the body of the printer. The white supports on the sides, that hold up the Document Feeder when open, will not permit the unit to close. Upon restart an Error Code B302C90B appears on the display. Forcing the white supports against the cartridge will likely damage the printer and make it unusable.
