MFP E77825

I have a MFP E77825 with no reason what ever has decided to jam two inches fed out of the tray 2 every time. I have checked the feed rollers and the feed unit, no issues found. I have also replaced the feed station and still the same. I have now ordered up a main controller to see if it is a control switching fault.

Any ideas might help

Does it feed fine from other trays? If so then you can isolate the problem to tray 2. Beyond failed rollers the next likely issue is the main frame first pickup.  JC93-00511A  . You do not state the part number you have replaced and some of your descriptions are not 100% clear, so if you have already replaced this I apologize for redundancy. If you can locate a service manual there are numerous tests that can be run to verify all the individual components working status.
