I'm getting a message "Jam in Output Bin" . There is no jam. I removed and replaced the drum and toner cartridge and disconnected and reconnected the power several times, but can't clear the message. Any ideas?
Thanks.

@MSF23, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Double-check the Output Bin and Rear Area
Open the top cover and remove the toner and drum.
Look inside the output area (where the printed pages exit).
Use a flashlight to check for very small torn pieces of paper or labels.
Also check the rear door or rear access panel (if present) for stuck bits.
Gently Move the Output Bin Rollers
With the printer off, try rotating the rollers inside the output area manually.
This can free up any invisible obstruction or reset the roller sensor.
Clean the Output Bin Sensor
The sensor for the output bin is usually optical. Dust or toner buildup can block it.
Power off the printer, then use compressed air or a dry lint-free cloth to gently clean the sensor near the paper path leading to the output tray.
Reset the Printer’s Internal Sensors
Unplug the printer.
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
Leave the printer unplugged for 2 minutes.
Plug it back in and power it on.
Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
Try Printing a Configuration Page
From the control panel, try printing a configuration or status page.
If the printer refuses to print, it confirms a sensor-related lockup.
Service the Output Bin Flag or Sensor (last resort)
There’s a plastic “flag” or lever that the printer uses to detect paper exiting.
If that flag is stuck, dislodged, or broken, the sensor falsely detects a jam.
This usually requires opening the top cover assembly or contacting HP Support.
Also, refer to this guide: HP LaserJet Pro, Ultra Printers - Paper Jam Error | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
